WARRANTIES

Warranties

    1. The Seller offers (2) two warranties as to the title of the Services:
      1. “Cancel Anytime Policy” - The Seller provides this option to the Buyer for all Service packages with a 15-day notice.
      2. “100% Money-Back Guarantee Refund Policy” - It is possible to have a “100% Money-Back Guarantee Refund Policy” for the “Entryway Package” and the Advanced Package”. 
  1. If the Buyer pays on a month to month Agreement; they can only receive their full money back within the first 30 days. 
    2.
        1. If the Buyer purchases a Service package with advanced or prolonged payments, only the last month of the Service will be refunded. 
        2. The “Enterprise Packages” are not available for a full refund. Creating, managing and running advertising campaigns take up a portion of the monthly retainer fee. The Seller will calculate and determine the total amount to be refunded after deducting Service fees.

    Claims

    1. The Buyers failure to give notice within 10 days from date of delivery will constitute an unqualified acceptance of Service and a waiver by the Buyer of all claims with respect to the Service.

    Cancellation

    1. The Seller reserves the right to cancel this Agreement:
      1. If the Buyer fails to pay for any Service when due;
      2. In the event of the Buyer’s insolvency or bankruptcy; 
      3. If the Seller deems its prospect of payment is impaired; or
      4. If the Seller deems is prospect of service invaluable. 
    1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and there are no further provisions, either oral or otherwise. The Buyer acknowledges that it has not relied upon any representations of the Seller as to the prospective performance of the Services, but has relied upon its own inspection and investigation of the subject matter.
